WHOLEMEAL BREAD - BREAD MACHINE RECIPE

Put the ingredients into the baking pan in the following order: water, sunflower oil, salt, sugar and skimmed milk powder.

Then add the two types of flour and the yeast.

Place the baking pan in the machine. Select program 3 (wholemeal), the weight of the bread and the desired colour of the crust. Press the “stop/start” button.

At the end of the program, switch off the machine, take out the baking pan and remove the bread.

  • Water: 400 ml
  • Sunflower oil: 1 tbspn
  • Salt: 2 tspn
  • Sugar: 1.5 tbspn
  • Skimmed milk powder: 2 tbspn
  • Plain flour: 240 g
  • Wholemeal flour: 460 g
  • Dried yeast: 1.5 tspn
