CIABATTA ROLLS  - BREADMAKER RECIPE

Put the ingredients into the baking pan in the following order: water, olive oil and salt.

Then add the flour and the dried yeast.

Place the baking pan in the machine. Select program 13 (program: dough). Press the “stop/start” button.

After one hour, switch off the machine and remove the dough from the baking pan.

Flour a flat surface and divide the dough into 8 rolls. Cover with a clean tea towel and leave to rise for 1 hour at room temperature.

Preheat the oven to 240°C (th. 8). When it is hot, brush the rolls with olive oil.

Put them in the oven with a pan of water to humidify the oven. Bake for about 25 minutes. Leave to cool on the rack.

  • Plain flour: 760 g
  • Dried yeast: 2.5 tspn
