1- Pre-heat the oven to 180° (UK gas Mark 4)).

2- Prepare the fruit (peel, remove pips and cores) and cut them up.

3- Arrange them in a buttered and flour lined 30 cm diameter pie plate.

4- Mix the eggs, milk and sugar and add the flour through the hole in the lid as the blender is mixing. Run for 60 seconds.

5- Pour the fruit into the pie plate and put the preparation in the oven for 40 minutes.

7- Serve warm or cold.

  • 300 g choice fruit (apples, pears, cherries or plums according to the season),
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g plain flour,
  • 330ml milk,
  • 150 g sugar.
