2- Prepare the fruit (peel, remove pips and cores) and cut them up.
3- Arrange them in a buttered and flour lined 30 cm diameter pie plate.
4- Mix the eggs, milk and sugar and add the flour through the hole in the lid as the blender is mixing. Run for 60 seconds.
5- Pour the fruit into the pie plate and put the preparation in the oven for 40 minutes.
7- Serve warm or cold.
