1- Peel and deseed the pears. Cut each one into 4 pieces.
2- Put the slices of pear into the dish, along with the spices and sugar.
3- Pour in the white wine and cover with perforated film.
4- Using the microwave function, cook for 10 minutes at 900 W or 12 minutes at 850 W depending on your oven.
5- Arrange the pears in the dish.
6- Reduce the juice using the microwave function for 5 minutes at 900 W or 6 minutes at 850 W depending on your oven.
7- Leave to cool and serve chilled.
