1- Arrange the duck fillets in the buttered dish so that they do not overlap.

2- Using the microwave function, cook for 1 minute 30 at 900 W or 2 minutes at 850 W, depending on your oven.

3- Remove the ducks fillets and place them on the serving dish.

4- Pour the lemon juice and honey into the dish used for cooking.

5- Return to the oven and, using the microwave function, cook for 1 minute at 900 W or 1 minutes at 850 W, depending on your oven.

6- Mix together. Pour over the duck fillets.

7- Add pepper an sprinkle with the sea salt.

8- Serve immediately.

Vichy carrots are a delicious served with this dish. For a more elaborate meal, why not try deep-fried vegetables (aubergines, courgettes, etc.)?
