1- Peel, deseed and dice the tomatoes.

2- Using a frying pan, sauté the calamari in oil.

3- Put them in the casserole dish along with the chopped garlic, tomato, white wine and crushed anchovy fillets. Add salt and pepper and mix well.

4- Cover with perforated cling wrap.

5- Using the microwave function, cook for 10 minutes at 900 W or 12 minutes at 850 W depending on your oven. Stir halfway through.

6- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.

Ingredients
  • 600 g frozen calamari,
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil,
  • 2 cloves garlic,
  • 2 tomatoes,
  • 100ml white wine,
  • 8 anchovy fillets in oil,
  • salt, pepper, parsley. Utensils: One 2 L Pyrex casserole dish, 1 frying pan, cling wrap suitable for microwave use.
