1- Put the onions, mushrooms, tarragon and white wine into the casserole. Add salt and pepper.

2- Cover with perforated cling wrap and cook for 5 minutes using the microwave function at 900 W or 6 minutes at 850 W, depending on your oven.

3- Cut the chicken into pieces and add to the dish.

4- Using the micro grill function of your grill, cook for 10 minutes at 600 W or 10 minutes at 600 W depending on your oven. Stir at the halfway point.

5- Mix the corn flour into the cream and add to the casserole dish, stirring continuously. Check the seasoning.

6- Put back in the oven and, using the micro grill function of your grill, cook for 3 minutes at 600 W or 3 minutes at 600 W depending on your oven.

7- Serve hot.

Serve your fricassee with cracked wheat fried with chopped mixed vegetables.

  • 600 g chicken breast,

  • 1 stem of tarragon,
  • 100ml white wine,
  • 2 tablespoons crème fraîche,
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour,
  • salt, pepper. Utensils: One 2 L Pyrex casserole dish, cling wrap suitable for microwave use, DUO grill.
