1- Strain the water from the ratatouille. 2- Dice the ham. 3- Beat the eggs with the crème fraîche. Add the ratatouille and ham. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. 4- Pour into the buttered dish. 5- Sprinkle with grated Gruyère cheese. 6- Using the micro grill function on the grill, cook for 18 minutes at 450 W or 20 minutes at 450 W, depending on your oven. 7- Serve hot.
