1- Put the finely chopped onion and garlic into the salad bowl, along with the five spice powder, coriander and olive oil. 2- Chop the fillet of beef into 5mm thick strips. Mix well. 3- Divide up the meat onto two sheets of greaseproof paper. Make into parcels. Place them in a dish. 4- Using the microwave function, cook for 1 minute 45 at 900 W or 2 minutes at 850 W, depending on your oven. 5- Open up the parcels. Add salt and pepper. 6- Serve immediately. This dish works wonderfully with Provençal tomatoes.
