Gaspacho

1- Peel the cucumber, the onion and the garlic. Remove the seeds from the pepper. Peel and remove pips from the tomatoes.

2- Put all the chopped ingredients into the blender and mix for 1 minute.

3- Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving with croutons rubbed with garlic.

  • 1/2 cucumber,
  • 1/2 sweet pepper,
  • 500 g tomatoes,
  • 1 small onion,
  • 1 clove garlic,
  • 20 g soft bread crumbs,
  • 2 tsp wine vinegar,
  • 2 tblsp olive oil,
  • 1 tsp tomato puree,
  • 500 ml cold stock
  • Salt, pepper,
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
