1- Put half the chck peas and all the ingredients (except the parsley) into the mixer bowl.

2- Mix for 10 seconds.

3- Then add the rest of the chick peas through the hole of the measure stopper and mix for a further 30 seconds.

4- Garnish with parsley.

  • 400 g cooked chick peas,
  • 1/2 glass lemon juice,
  • 4 garlic cloves,
  • A few sprigs parsley,
  • 4 tbslp oil,
  • 50 ml water,
  • A few pinches of red chili powder,
  • Salt, pepper
