1- Mix together the eggs, yolks, sugar and coffee extract.
2- Pour in the milk. Whisk until light and fluffy.
3- Fill the four ramekins.
4- Using the microwave function, cook for 6 minutes at 600 W or 6 minutes at 600 W depending on your oven. Stir halfway through.
5- Leave to cool and serve in the ramekins.
