1- Cut the onion into quarters, put in the mixer bowl and apply a few pulses to dive it.

2- Melt the butter in a sauté pan and add the diced onion and pumpkin.

3- After 5 minutes add the stok, cover and boil for 20 minutes.

4- Pour into the mixer bowl and mix for 30 seconds.

5- Add the cream and a little grated nutmeg and mix for 5 seconds.

6- Serve with croutons.

  • 700 g pumpkin (peeled and with seeds removed),
  • 50 g butter,
  • 1 small oinon,
  • 500 ml stock,
  • 100 ml fresh cream,
  • Grated nutmeg,
  • Salt, pepper.
