1- Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds, peel them and remove the pips. 2- Cut the chilli pepper in two, empty it and keep more or less of the seeds according to your taste. 3- Put the tomatoes, the oniion and the garlic with the tomato puree into the mixer bowl. 4- Mix for 40 seconds. 5- Pour the mix into a saucepan, add the vegetable oil then boil over a medium flame for 6 to 8 minutes. 6- Remove from heat and allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. Add the lemon juice and coriander season. Serve to accompany fresh pasta or rice.
