1- Peel and cut the vegetables.

2- Boil for 30 minutes in the stock, then put in the blender and mix for 15 to 30 seconds according to the consitency you want.

  • 1 white of leek,
  • 1 pinch celery salt,
  • 1 sprig parsley,
  • 3/4 L stock,
