1- Peel the potatoes and leeks and dice them

2-Put the leeks in the mixer bowl and apply a few pulses.

3- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the chopped leeks. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes

4- Add the other ingredients. Boil gently for 30 minutes.

5- Pour the preparation into the blender and mix for 40s.

You can garnish the velouté with croutons and parsley.

  • 200 g potatoes,
  • 200 ml milk,
  • 3/4 L hot water,
  • 30 g butter,
  • Salt, pepper,
  • Nutmeg.
