1- Mash the celeriac. Beat the eggs, mix in the flour and add the seasonings.
2 – Using a small spoon, make small balls the size of a ping pong ball.
3 – Fry at 180°C.
Hint: Try adding herbs for a different taste. This dish makes a perfect accompaniment for any type of meat or fish.
