Corn Fritters

1. Beat together the eggs, seasonings, and baking powder. Stir in theoil and milk.

2. Mix in the flour and corn. Drop teaspoonful fritters into fryer.

3. Fry at 180°C (356 °F), 4 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 10cl (1/3 cup) milk
  • 150g (1/4 cup) flour
  • 500g (1 cup) canned or frozen corn kernels
