Fried Mozzarella Sticks

1. Beat the eggs and milk together in a bowl.

2. Cut the mozzarella into finger size sticks. Coat each stick with flour.

3. Dip in the egg mixture and coat with the breadcrumbs.

3. Fry at 180°C (356 °F), 20 to 30 seconds, or until just lightly golden.

  • 250 g mozzarella (8 ounces)
  • 2 eggs,
  • 10 cl milk (1/3 cup)
  • Flour for coating
  • 500gItalian-seasoned bread crumbs (1 cup)
