1- Chop the shallot and washed mushrooms using the food processor.

2- Put the mixture into a dish with the butter.

3- Using the micro function, cook for 4 minutes at 900 W or 5 minutes at 850 W depending on your oven.

4- Add the parsley, crushed sandwich bread, egg and cream. Add salt and pepper. Mix well.

5- Fill the artichoke hearts. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and knobs of butter.

6- Using the micro grill function of your grill, cook for 8 minutes at 450 W or 9 minutes at 450 W depending on your oven.

7- Serve hot.

  • 8 tinned artichoke hearts,
  • 250 g button mushrooms,
  • 1 shallot,
  • 1 tablespoon parsley,
  • 2 slices of sandwich bread,
  • 1 egg,
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche,
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs,
  • 20 g butter,
  • salt, pepper. Utensils: One deep Pyrex dish, one 24cm diameter Pyrex pie dish, 1 food processor, cling wrap suitable for microwave use, DUO grill.
