Zucchini Sticks

1. Beat together the eggs and milk.

2. Coat zucchini with flour, dip in the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumbs.

3. Fry at 180°C (356 °F), 2 to 3 minutes, or until slightly golden brown.

  • 2 medium zucchini, cut into finger-size pieces
  • 2 eggs
  • 10cl milk (1/4 cup)
  • Flour for coating
  • 500g Italian-seasoned bread crumbs ( 1 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
