1- Peel and core the apples. Cut into slices 3 mm thick and sprinkle with lemon juice. 2- In a bowl, beat the eggs with 100 g of sugar. Add the flour mixed with the baking powder and mix in the melted butter. 3- Pour the mixture into the buttered flan dish. 4- Arrange the apple slices in a rosette on top of the mixture. Sprinkle over the remaining sugar. 5- Using the microwave function, cook for 18 minutes at 900 W or 20 minutes at 850 W depending on your oven. 6- Serve warm.
