Ham and Cheese Balls

1. Beat together the eggs, oil, flour, baking powder, and seasonings.

2. Mix in the ham and cheese.

3. Drop teaspoonfuls of the mixture into the fryer.

4. Fry at 180°C (356 °F ), 3 minutes, or until slighly golden brown.

Ingredients
For 15 to 20 balls:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 125g flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Pepper to taste
  • 100g diced boiled ham
  • 100g grated Swiss Cheese
