1- Mix the flour and baking powder with the white wine and oil.

2- Add the eggs one by one, along with the diced ham, crushed olives, Gruyère cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

3- Pour into a well-buttered cake dish.

4- Using the micro grill function on your grill, cook for 16 minutes at 600 W or 18 minutes at 600 W depending on your oven.

5- Serve warm or cold.

  • 200 g flour,
  • 1 sachet of baking powder,
  • 200 g cooked ham,
  • 150 g grated Gruyère cheese,
  • 150 g green pitted olives,
  • 150ml oil,
  • 100ml white wine,
  • 3 eggs,
  • 20 g butter,
  • salt, pepper. Utensils: One 24 x 12 cm Pyrex cake mould, DUO grill.
