1- Beat the egg, add the honey and mustard, followed by the flour and seasonings.
2- Cut the chicken breasts into cubes and add dip them in the mixture, ensuring they are completely covered.
3- Place them in the fryer and fry at 180°C.
Hint: If you do not have any honey, you can use sugar instead. Serve as an appetizer or with a green salad.
