1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic cook until the onion is soft. Add the meat and cook until no longer pink. Put in a bowl and let cool to room temperature before adding the eggs and seasonings.

2. Put a tablespoon of the mixture on the edge of half a sheet of phyllo dough and fold into a triangle, tucking in and sealing with the beatenegg.

3. Fry at 180°C (356 °F), 2 minutes, or until slightly golden brown.

  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 250g (1/2 lb) chopped meat
  • 2 small onions, chopped
  • 6 cloves garlic. chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. curry powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 10 sheets phyllo dough
  • 1 egg, beaten with a pinch of salt
