1- Strain the mixed diced vegetables well.
2- Blend the ham with the crème fraîche, eggs and corn flour.
3- Mix everything together with the mixed vegetables and the chives. Add salt and pepper.
4-Pour the mixture into a buttered cake mould.
5- Cover with perforated cling wrap.
6- Using the microwave function, cook for 14 minutes at 900 W or 16 minutes at 850 W, depending on your oven.
Serve your terrine hot with a tomato and basil sauce or cold with a mayonnaise containing a little mustard.
